Our Purpose..... The Long Island Institute of Professional Studies has been providing interesting and meaningful course offerings for teachers, administrators and athletic coaches on Long Island for the past twenty six years. We pride ourselves on our personal approach and have formed partnerships with leading institutions on Long Island in order to provide unparalleled access to area educators for both in-service and graduate level courses. We are proud to serve you. Our in-service and Brooklyn College graduate course offerings may be approved by local school districts for credit on district salary schedules.

Its' time to register for SPRING and Summer courses!!!! We are offering many online courses May 1 - 30 and June 1 - 30. You can register for the May courses until May 8th. A great way to get in 3 credits before summer session! We also have 2 William Floyd approved in person Summer classes available - Assisting Students with Autism/Asperger's and At Risk Youth. Please see our extensive listing of online, hybrid and in person graduate and in-service classes throughout the Spring and Summer - there are many new courses are being added daily. Don't see what you need - give us a call - we can arrange for courses that fit your curriculum at our site or yours.
