You can always register at each site. Office hours vary to try to provide the best coverage. Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:30 am - 3:00 pm and 4:00 - 7:00 some evenings. We do return calls in the evening and occasionally on Saturdays. If you do get our voicemail we are either on the phone or out of the office, possibly at one of our sites. Please leave us a detailed message and we will get right back (usually within the same or next business day) to you to confirm your registration or answer your questions. Voicemails are confidential and we check them several times a day - including weekends! We know your schedule is hectic and you have limited time to contact us. We understand. E-mail is also a very quick and easy way to ask questions, register, etc. Please include the spelling of your name, social security number for Brooklyn College questions, address, phone number and your specific request. You can register for courses, confirm registration, request grades, etc. We will e-mail or call you back to confirm that we have completed your request or provide you with the answers to your questions. We hope to talk to you in person, but if not we hope this is a helpful solution.
Special Note on Weather: If we have inclement weather check for class cancellations by listening to WALK 97.5 FM, WLIE AM, visiting NEWS12.com or by calling our office at 631-473-8500. We have 24 hour voicemail and will update our message with closings or changes. We will also post updates on our home page.
